GREAT CHANCE TO WIN THIS "NO RESERVE" RX8 !!!!! WE TOOK THIS IN ON TRADE FROM A LOCAL OWNER - THEY BOUGHT A 2008 TOYOTA CAMRY XLE. HIS WIFE DROVE BACK AND FORTH TO WORK EVERYDAY. HE BOUGHT IT IN TEXAS AFTER IT WAS DECLARED AS A "SALVAGE" OR "REBUILT" TITLE VEHICLE. HE HAD TO HAVE IT INSPECTED BY FLORIDA DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO TITLE/REGISTER IT. THAT WAS COMPLETED IN 2008 AND IT HAD 21K MILES. HE SAW THE ORIGINAL DAMAGE THROUGH PICTURES IN TEXAS - ACCIDENT INVOLVED THE REAR PORTION OF THE CAR. HIS WIFE PUT APROX 55K MILES ON IT SINCE THEN. I HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY STRUCTURAL DAMAGE FROM FRONT DOORS FORWARD. COMPLETE CAR WAS PAINTED IN 2007. EXTERIOR IS BETTER THAN AVERAGE. THERE IS SMALL STRESS CRACKS IN PAINT ON FRONT BUMPER COVER I NOTED IN PICTURE. TIRES ARE AVERAGE. SMALL WEAR IN DRIV SEAT LEATHER - REF IN PIC. INTERIOR IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. ROD STEARNS.On Dec-07-10 at 14:43:46 PST, seller added the following information: 12/07/10 We had a mechanic fix the airbag light. He found an open circuit concerning a seat belt which he repaired the wire/plug under seat. Airbag light is off now. I forgot to mention it has factory navigation and factory power sunroof. I've had some inquiries regarding driveability concerning the "salvage" tilte status. Car drives fine. I can't detect any differences in RX8 without damage history versus ours. Power is great,no transmission problems-no synchro problems,A/C is cold,all power options work as they should.
