I am selling my 1968 Bonanza BC 1500 HS Mini-bike with 100cc Hodaka engine. This bike has alot of history with me. My father bought it for me in the winter of 1968, I was 13 at the time. I rode it for 3 years and it was parked in an barn for 31 years. In 1999, my best friend, who was a motorcycle mechanic said we should restore it, so we started. He got the engine started. I got on line and found the parts, then he became very ill and died. Back to the barn it went for 11 more years, I really would like someone to restore it, so I am selling it. I can remember it would go 0 to 50 in 5 seconds, it was super fast. I've included a photo of me on the bike in 1968, and a picture of my bike in front of the motorcycle shop where my dad bought it from before I got it. I remember there was snow on the ground so dad let me bring it on the back porch so I could look at it ! As far as shipping, It can locally be picked up or I can ship in two boxes One with engine and front fork, and the other with frame. I will only charge what it cost me. I would like very much whoever buys it to send me a pic after restoration!
