1989 Suzuki Swift GTI 1.3 DOHC engine. DOES NOT RUN. Crankshaft appears to have broken, must assume that valves are bent also. Automatic transmission was rebuilt just one year ago. Body is in decent shape. Was repainted 1 year ago by Maaco. Still has some repaired hail dents visible through bodywork. Overall, decent looking little car. 15" Rota wheels, newer radiator, newer struts, front axles replaced when tranny was overhauled. Engine has a new header, new catalytic converter, muffler and exhaust. Interior is in nice shape, no tears on seats. Carpet could stand to be replaced. I put a bunch of money in this car about 1 year ago. Planned on keeping for a few more years until the crank broke. There is currently an engine for this car on Ebay for sale by another seller for $400. Buy 'em both and you have a decent little 40 mpg car! Already bought a different car-I'm done. *Note-Entire A/C system removed under hood due to block bolt-hole damage. Interior A/C parts intact. Also, MAF sensor appears to be bad.
