2009 BMW 800GS Only 1885 miles and the factory warranty is still good until 2/14/12. This BMW is in Like New condition and was adult ridden, never dropped, laid down or hit. Always garaged when not in use, I just don't have the time to ride it. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction and is NOT refundable. Payment in full is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. Communication between both parties is expected within 24 hours, or winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. Seller will accept bank/cashiers checks, money orders and cash. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Please NOTE: Banks now require that any out of state checks, including certified, require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering pickup time. This bike is listed locally and I reserve the right to cancel this auction at anytime. Seller will email or call the winning bidder when payment has cleared. Title will not be transferred until all funds have cleared. Also please allow a few days for the bank to send me the title.
