Low production '79 Trans Am W72 hardtop. Original 400/4 speed with 3.23 posi rear. 4-wheel disc brakes as part of the WS6 package. Original color (Nocturne Blue) with blue cloth interior. I'm the third owner and the car has always been garaged and is rust-free. Quarters, floors, trunk, etc. - all clear of rust and solid original metal. The paint is driver quality and with some detailing still looks good. It appears most of the car was repainted at one time. Other than some TLC and a good tune up, the car is perfect for a driver as-is or the basis for a great resto. The only issue that would need immediate attention is an exhaust leak around the manifold area on the passenger side. Once the car warms up and the pipes expand, the leak/sound basically goes away. Please research the 1979 Trans Am W72 on Google, etc. - these are hard to find and one of the most wanted late 2nd generation T/As out there.
