Here is that car you've been wanting, except they are all $50K done, not exactly what you like, or $30K and not worth doing. This 36 Ford DeLuxe 3 window coupe has one of the best bodies you could want to start with, and all the hard to find stuff is there, and also in great shape. The auction is for all that is pictured, plus a rolling chassis. The body is currently on a dolly because the front floor sections and firewall were replaced professionally with Direst Sheet Metal panels.(cost $2,000). A summary of the main body is that the overall structure is super solid, the pictures show the rear wheel wells, trunk lid, hood, etc. The front fenders are complete with uncut inner fenders, rear fenders excellent. Roof insert has not been messed with, roof bows are on original bench seat, as is the windshield. Hood and grille are also super. Has steering column, rear package tray, gas tank, front bumper complete, rear bumper irons, perfect headlights and tail lights. It is a trunk, and that is a big plus for storage versus a rumble. Running boards are useable as is, covers v. good. Dash is very nice and has the waterfall, etc. Parts missing are: passenger side window molding and window regulator. Build it your way, color, etc. Restore or hot-rod. S.C.T.A. This was an old hot-rod from the 60s. Dig the color and seat combination. Original Washington Blue paint is underneath (see wheel well shots) Rear section of floor and trunk are perfect original.
