1990 Mazda RX-7 Convertible! Up for auction is a fantastic example of a well-preserved, fully functional, power convertible RX-7. It starts and runs well. The engine is factory stock with a 5-speed transmission. 99% stock inside and out Loaded with power options After-market cold air intake and electric fan Factory BBS wheels with center caps Power top with tears at the drains Leather boot to cover when top is down Leather seats with some blemishes (Headrest speakers!) Custom 3” exhaust with Apexi muffler New JVC CD/USB radio with front auxiliary jack Naturally aspirated Cruise control and power antenna are disconnected The interior is black and in perfect condition (seats are fair). The dash and steering wheel are excellent and the dash pad has no cracks. The JVC head unit powers all the factory speakers well, and the headrest speakers give great sound even when the top is down! It is a great improvement over the poor quality stock radio. A new antenna is installed, but it needs to be hooked up for power. The gauges are fully functional including the windshield wiper switch, which isn't expected in cars of this type. The power windows are tinted and the passenger side only goes down with the driver's side switch. It it also equipped with a rear-window defogger. The exterior colors and paint is in very good condition. It could use a good exterior detail. The bumpers and spoilers are intact with only slight blemishes. Of course, all lights work properly. The tires are about 90% with plenty of life left in them. This car is a pleasure to own. Based on appearance and function, you will not find a more complete RX-7. The next owner simply needs to turn the key and drive it. Some adjustment to the fuel mixture would be an improvement, as the idle occasionally runs low. Additional photos available upon request.
