1974 911,"MUST SELL BEFORE WINTER" this is my wifes car, she has owned it since 2003. She only drove this car in the spring and fall. It was garage kept until this spring. The garage is no longer avaible and she only drove this car 4 to 5 times this summer. I cant see leaving it out doors for the winter, it will go to waste. We can no longer see paying for a garage, for her to use it a few times a year. This summer we had a used oil tank put in and the uper and lower gaskets changed (both sides) it leaks oil still. It has some rust breaking out in places. (see pictures) The pans are solid the only spot on the under side is under the battery (small rust and soft spot). It blows smoke when it first starts but clears up. The shifter linkage is sloppy. The car is not perfect thats why we are selling it for well under what it is worth. It was a fun car for my wife to have, but it needs some work and a new home. The inside is like new. good tires all around and brand new extra rear tires go with it. This car is sold with no warranties. The car runs and drives, but is not perfect. It leaks oil on right side of the motor. It sits more than used. The shifter is sloppy, it may be the linkage. If you are familiar with old porsche's you know what i mean. The car needs to have a full service. If you are looking for an everyday driver this is not your car. If you looking for a fun car and to get into a porsche for cheap this is a good car. Also i was asked about the original color, from looking at the car I believe the car was silver and then burgandy.
