This P71 was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. The low miles are certified as actual by the U.S. government. This car was used to escort prisoners. There are no holes in the interior. The interior looks fresh. No tears or stains. Non smoker. The interior is black cloth with a black vinyl floor and a black vinyl rear seat. The power windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, factory stereo sound system, power side view mirrors, power lumbar support and power trunk release all work as they should. The air conditioning was just serviced and blows ice cold. The 4.6 liter police interceptor motor has awesome power and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes are new. The suspension is tight and the car handles very well. The tires are in fair condition (see photo). Full size spare. The body is very clean with only minor scratches. NO RUST. We had this car inspected and found no evidence of structural damage. No accident history. We welcome independent inspections and will do what we can to help.
