For Sale 1966 Mustang Coupe 200 Cubic Inch Straight 6 with an Automatic Transmission Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 My son purchased this car as a restoration project/commuter car while he is attending community college. His primary focus was ensuring that the car was mechanically sound and then concentrate on the cosmetics. Unfortunately, the engine overheated and initially thought it had blown a head gasket. After tearing it down, it was discovered that it has a cracked cylinder head. The exhaust manifold has one of the bolt ears broken off (approximately $125 at Metro Parts Market). These need to be replaced to get the car running again. The car has the typical rust issues in the lower rear quarter panels and some minor rusting on the floor board. The interior needs a new head liner and the drivers seat needs new upholstery. The drivers door has some rusting issues as well. It has a current PA inspection sticker valid through August of 2011. The odometer shows 23503 but we do not know if it has turned over more than once.
