1978 Ford Bronco Full Size for sale. Truck has approx 11 thousand miles on rebuilt motor 351M. The motor was rebuilt with a 400 crank, holley 4 bbl carburator, high volume oil pump. Truck also has long tube headers, with custom made h-pipe, true dual exhaust and flowmaster 1 chamber mufflers (sounds real loud). Has edelbrock valve covers and aftermarket air cleaner. The truck has a 6 inch suspension lift and steering stabilizer. Has 35 inch tires, aftermarket rims, the tires and rims are about 1 year old and have approx 3000 miles on them. Has a new power brake booster and master cylinder with maybe 200 miles on that. Truck also has been converted to stainless steel brake lines. Manual locking hubs. Truck goes into 4x4 mode. Truck is registered, has the massachusetts title that was signed over to me when I bought it, as connecticut doesn't issue titles for vehicles this old, also have ct q 1 supplement of title form. Truck also has an extra transfer case that goes with it,has tow hitch too and aftermarket tach that isn't hooked up. Truck had new floors put in by previous owner, but he didn't trim off the old floors. The body is halfway decent for being 32 years old. Has had some work on done to it in the past, has some dents and scratches throughout(I have seen these trucks much worse than this one, especially in new england), there are a couple spots that were touched up with filler in the past. Paint still shines has been touched up by previous owner in spots, there is a rough spot of paint on the drivers door that the previous owner touched up with some kind of paint. Has sliding windows on the top...the top also comes off. Seats are still in nice shape see the video links, has roof mounted spoiler. I also have a new set of tailgate cables included that hold it open, as the ones on there snapped. What it needs: Transmission will get stuck in second gear when it gets hot (started happening after I converted to Synthetic fluid) , after it cools down it shifts fine until it gets hot again. Put in a new vacuum line and it improved a little but it is still acting up. I am not a mechanic so I am unable to diagnose the problem might be caused by the heat from the headers? It will have to be towed due to this issue. Parking brake cable Hood release cable and handle (you have to open it manually by pulling the cable) No radio but speakers are still there.
