This is a nearly complete Subaru 360 van project. I started this project years ago and then had to abandon it when I move out of state. The motor still fires up with a can of quickstart and a fresh battery. I imagine carb and oil pump needs a rebuild in order to run. Glass is in good condition, body is pretty clean with only surface rust. Only incomplete parts are the rear brakes. But here's the good news...I had designed a new 4 wheel disc brake conversion designed to use a standard 12" mini cooper wheel. With this sale comes a brand new set of wheels and tires for the conversion, as well as all the calipers, brackets, and one custom hub that I had made. One side is finished and almost ready to bolt up, the other side still needs to be finished. A lot of work went into this conversion and it would be a truly unique setup, as well as work a heck of a lot better than the stock drums which were SCARY. I do not have the title, however I went through all the hoops to make sure that this car is free and clear of all liabilities with the DMV. All it should need is a bill of sale and an inspection of the VIN in order to get a new title.
