Hello, this auction is for my 65 Ford Mustang. The car has been completely restored and has been a great part of my life. It is my daily driver and i built the car to perform while looking nice. It is not a perfect show car but every show she has been in i have walked away with awards, trophies and prizes for various categories. It is a true American Muscle Car. I have invested so much time and money into this car and it has been worth every penny to me. Strong Points of the Car include: Rebuilt Engine [original 289 bored out to 302, please note this engine was originally from another 65 mustang, i swapped my in-line 6 for the V8] in 2006 With 28,504 miles as of today.-There were only 14,905 C codes built in 1965 so it is a rare find (http://www.carmemories.com/cgi-bin/viewexperience.cgi?experience_id=374)Rebuilt 3 speed Automatic C-4 transmission with 28,504 miles. Rebuilt rear differentials with absolutely no slippage or grinding with 28,504 miles. New tires with 90% tread remaining-Front : Bridgestone Potenza's size 195/60/15-Rear Phantom Radial HRX's size 215/60/15.Mounted on some Aluminum 5 lug Mustang rims (see photo). The Entire Floor pan to the trunk has been lined with Dyno-mat for sound dampening and insulation. (see photo) New custom upholstery and door panels.New vinyl in the truck for the original look. Completely custom Exhaust built 200 Miles ago, 2.5 inch pipes off of some New Flowtech turbo Headers, H Pipe to increase Torque and provide a deeper sound, some Flowtech mufflers and a custom chrome dump in front of the rear tires for increased air flow and a true muscle look) - The sound of the mustang is one of the most numerous compliments, and i have won 2 awards for best sounding car at local car shows. New fuel Tank, fuel lines, and fuel pumpRebuilt Ford 2100 2 barrel carburetor with 2,000 miles on it. (I bought it remanufactured and tuned it, It packs a punch while being fairly fuel efficient) New Shocks, Springs and bushings approximately 3,000 miles ago. (It rides and handles like a champ) New distributor, ignition wires, and spark plugs at approximately 3,000 miles ago.New CarpetNew Stereo as of yesterday, Its a replica that imitates the original, however it is 200 watts and AM/FM and includes an MP3 connection.New JL Audio Subwoofer and Visionik 800 Watt Amplifier that sounds fantastic.4 new 6 x 9 Speakers in the cab that provide excellent sound quality. Great Headliner replaced in 2006. (see photo) New 55 watt fog-lights LED red underglow (see photo) New Paint Job 5 Months ago Candy Apple RedVinyl 12 inch stripes with a 20 year guarantee-The paint is not perfect but looks fantastic-1 small crack in the paint. (see photo) All the fluids are new and clean and very well maintained Reverse lights wired to a switch for extra safety, this car originally didn't come with them but i added them for safety reasons. Oversize aluminum radiator which keeps the car very cool about about 160 degrees in normal conditions 3 supplemental gauges for voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature (under stereo see picture) Minor issues:The fuel gage is a little off due to the new fuel tank, the gauge reads 3/4 when it is fullThe coolant gauge is also off so i added another one for a more precise reading plumbed right to the thermostat housing.The only leak is from my transmission lines and is not critical enough for me to drop the transmission but i lose about half a quart a year.
