Vehicle Detail

Good old fashion jet boat. Very original right down to the gas pedal and valve cover stickers. The bottom seat cushions were destroyed in a house fire and I replaced them with original ones but the covering was not in good shape so I covered them in other marine type material. Included in the auction is the original intake, carb and air cleaner. There are 2 bad spots on the boat, see pictures, other than that only minor chips and scuffs that have been touched up. Boat is far from needing a whole new paint job. No cracks in the fiberglass and the trailer has new tires and works perfectly, trailer paint is faded. I also have a brand new Dyers Blower, Gold Plated, Valve covers gold plated and C heads machined to run with the blower for an additional cost, not cheap. The engine is all original except for the dual 450 Holleys and intake set up, block number 396021, one of the best there are and Ka marine heads. Questions gladly answered. On Oct-20-10 at 10:23:46 PDT, seller added the following information: The Berkeley Drive is Model 12JB-4-H, BM# 6216, Serial# 7358137. I had removed the original carb and intake a few years ago and installed the tunnel ram with dual 450's. The boat ran a little better on the top end but not much, I always liked the look of the dual carbs which is why I made that change. I had intended to put the blower on but never reached that point and found myself buying our retirement boat, a 50' Chris Craft, so we are selling off all are extra water sport vehicles. I did sell the 24K Gold Plated blower, valve covers and C heads, $12000.00, so they are no longer available. $12,000.00 seems like a lot of money but keep in mind the blower and related parts were new and as far as the 24K Gold Plating goes, there is only one place and one person who could do that job right. The C heads were ported and calibrated to flow correctly with the blower and exhaust manifolds were ported as well, plenty of hi performance shops could do that work but that isn't cheap either, $3500.00 or so. The original intake, carb and air cleaner are still included in this sale of the boat. I do have clear titles for both the boat and trailer. The rims on the trailer are chromed and are in very good shape no peeling chrome or dents. The boat runs out very good and I had a state trooper radar gun clock it at 86 MPH last year during Labor Day weekend. I've added some additional pictures of the gauges and carbs and driver seat and engine front cover. Gauges work perfectly and are not water logged or corroded. Its raining leaves here due to our fall weather so you'll see some leaves in the pictures, the boat does not sit outside and I've kept it in my heated garage since owning it. Overall the boat has not been abused or misused like most older boats of this vintage, nice and original!!!!!!!!!
