Up for sale is my all original 1972 honda xl250. I am the third owner of this bike. It has always been adult owned and very well taken care of. To my knowledge the bike has never been dropped because the tank is completey dent free. All the lights and gauges work including the high beam indicator. I have replaced the battery and the spark plug and changed the oil twice since I have had it. It runs great starts right up on the first kick. Shifts smoothly through all five gears, chain is still tight. I DO NOT have the mirrors since the previous owner took them off and lost them. I do have the passenger pegs but they are currently not on the bike. The tires don't leak air but they are 39 years old and are starting to show signs of dry rot and probably should be replaced soon. The bike doesn't burn any oil but it does leak a little bit. I just check it every time I take it out. The seat has a small tear in it as the picture shows.The tank has NO rust inside of it at all. The original stickers are still on the rims. This is a great bike and it runs good and they aren't many left in this all original condition. The bike is in Salisbury MD zip 21804.
