Here is a 1999 Cadillac seville with no reserve only 129K miles northstar all original no accidents to my knowledge a few dings and scratches power everything. Great parts car or throw an engine in it! The motor is froze up it will start to crank then locks in postion. Probably lower end is gone. The rear seat has large burn from smoker, both front bumpers are cracked. Overall not in bad shape nice chrome wheels, tires OK. many many good parts.
