Vehicle Detail

This is truly a "Diamond in the Gentle Rough" I purchased this solid '62 MK II a few years ago with the intent of doing a complete frame off restoration, especially after I thoroughly inspected the condition of this vehicle. This car could easily be a "daily driver". There is virtually no rust. The car started it's life in California until '84 and then went to Salt Lake City where it was driven very seldom and garaged. At one point in it's life, it was raced, evidenced by the roll bar. There are no "racing scars" on her. I began to purchase items such as a complete tan leather NOS interior including seats, door pockets, etc.I have new carpeting, front and rear bumpers w/over-riders and a very good condition used beige convertable top with frame. The origional top and frame are also included. Also,264-348 major susp. kit and a wood steering wheel. It has been converted to 12V, neg. gd. I have rebuilt the master brake/clutch cylinder.Other items that are included: NOS Grille insert, luggage rack, clutch slave cylinder,Lucas PL700 headlamps,NOS Wipac spot light, hood(Bonnet), orig. has louvers, heater control panel, threshold plates,Disc brake calipers, rebuildable shocks, clutch assy. and rechromed windshield posts. As I once owned a 1960 MGA, I purchased items that I planned to use to "up-grade" the operation of this car. They include a mounting bracket for an alternator, Weber 32/36 carb. w/manifold, petronix electronic distributor and a "hot" coil, roller rocker arms and a spin-on filter adaptor. This car is # 7164 registered with NAMGAR (North American MGA Register). Engine # is 16GC-U-H3892. Any parts that I have removed and or accumulated will be included. If you would like to inspect this car, please contact me at 313-701-0973--cell. I am selling this car because I got married a couple years ago and now do not have the time to work on her and do the "Honey Do's". It's not because I have to or really want to!! This car is going to make the lucky bidder Very Happy.
