Thank you for fiewing my listing for sale is used 98 Olds silhouette that is in running condition but in need of repair .This van was purchased from auction for 1700 bucks with plans to be repaired and sold for 3000 and up acoording to kbb.This van drives nice ,trans shifts good but there is some noice in the engine,its knocking not allot but not as quiet as it should be.I have driven the van for 3-4 miles and if i have to be honest i will tell the van runs good as it is ,but there is no guarantee how long this engine will work likw this .There might be a simple repair needed like timing chain or tensioner i just cannot repair this van at this time, i simply dont have access to lift so u can easy diagnose and repair it.a fried that have shop was promissing lift for the repair and its been month already so i doubt i will ever get to use it . soon to be cold i would rather see the van go ,that wait till it starts getting warmer aggain the van have leather interior with some wear on the driver seat ,all power features work ,ac is cold .No rust ,good tires one small ding on the drives door ,very hard to see on the pictures I have not removed any engine componenets to diagnose the problem.Here is chicago used engines go for 300-400 bucks without the lift i cannot do anything,the van is too tall for work in a regular car garage Title is clean and under the name of the dealer that got the van out of the auction.Buyer will get the title and bill of sale or any other documents they will need to register in their state.In the best case i would like to meet the buyer so we can get all taken care for in person,if ur flying i can come to pick u up form any airport or bus/train station Auction is 99 cents with no reserve price,must be sold if u wanna inspect the van please call me at 773-366-0267 ivan 200 bucks deposit in 24 hours of ending the auction.bidders with 0-10 feedback please contact me before bidding or ur bids willl be deleted On Oct-06-10 at 18:01:37 PDT, seller added the following information: ivaylobg2004 Store On Oct-06-10 at 19:28:52 PDT, seller added the following information: The van dosent have check engine light on ,all 6 cylinders work fine ,no shaking or misfires .Oil was fresh when i got it ,i let it run for 10 min now due to request of bidder does not overheat or smoke from the tailpipe.If there is any tests that i can do to help interested bidders call me i will do anything to help
