This is a 1998 neon that I have had for 2 years. It had many things wrong with it when i got it. I just got everything fixed on it on september 17th 2010. This car starts right up and has ice cold air conditioning. The four cylinders save u gas money. It has brand new firestone tires, brakes, suspension rods, spark plugs, fuel injector, motor mounts, smoked out headlights and tail lights, and was just alligned. I spent 2300 on it. The car has never been in any accidents and it has no damage to the outside nor the interior except a crack in the dash from heat. The reason i am selling it is because now the transmission needs to be rebuilt. For me it will cost 1400 but if you can do it yourself it will be cheaper. The car still runs with a smooth ride. Just when you brake the engine sort of puts becuz of the transmission locking up. I don't want to spend any more money on it and i want something different anyway. It also comes with two 10 inch subwoofers and a 1000 watt amp already installed. Slight oil leak as well. Done it since I've had it. Takes about a quart every three weeks. As long as you keep up with it you should be ok. I live in fort myers florida at fgcu. If you purchase it please make sure you have a way to come pick it up because i can not ship it.
