Vehicle Detail

Relist due to non-paying buyer. I'm selling my Jeep Cherokee that I've had for around 7 years. During that time I've put a lot of money into properly maintaining and modding the Jeep. Basics: 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 233,000 miles on most parts. Had: 4.0L HO Inline 6. It now has: 4.7L HO Inline 6, with "purple cam" Mopar performance camshaft, .060 over-bored pistons, crankshaft and rods out of a 4.2L engine which makes this a medium-build Stroker. Engine really has some kick and was just rebuilt with mostly new parts less than 5,000 miles ago. The original transmission (AW4) and transfer case (NP231) are still pulling strong, no slipping, no leaking, working perfectly. The NP231 transfer case is the stronger of the two options: with 2 High, 4 High, and 4 Lo only, Part-Time 4X4. It has the Dana 30 front end and Chrysler 8.25 rear axle. Tires on it are 30X9.5R15 Firestone Dueler MT's with over 85% treadlife left. Most of the pictures show the Jeep with the BFGoodrich tires on it, I use those in the summer and put the Firestone's on in the winter. The last picture of the full Jeep shows the tires that are on it now. Larger than stock 235/75/R15 BFGoodrich All-terrain KO's on newer 15X7 rims are also included, they have about 15% treadlife. Vehicle interior is still in excellent condition. Very minor stains and no rips. This is the Laredo package which comes with pretty advanced features for its year including courtesy lights, keyless entry, chrome accents, power windows, door locks, etc. It has a non-stock head-unit with Polk audio front speakers and a self-installed rear speaker bar with name-brand larger than stock speakers in the rear. It has a graphic equalizer/small amp and 10 disk cd player. I know I'm forgetting a lot of the things I've done to this vehicle over the years but here's a couple more things: 3.5-4" Lift with transfer case drop kit to reduce driveline vibes. Flowmaster 50 muffler with high-flow catalytic converter and Pacesetter armor-coat header. Has 62mm bored out throttle body with Fram High flow drop in air filter. Fog lights Overhead lightbar and 4 off-road lights. Also, I got an overhead console from another Cherokee and modded it to house all the switches for the accessories including the fog lights, overhead lights, manual control for the electric engine fan, and extra spots which are hooked to LED indicators. It also has a theft-deterrent starter kill electric chip for when driving to the bigger cities. I've replaced many parts over the years with better than original replacements, including thermostats, radiator, hoses, brakes (though it will need brakes again in a little bit) shocks, ball joints, etc. The windshield washer (sprayer only not the wiper motor) needs the switch in the steering column replaced to work, I have the part, just haven't put it in yet. The A/C needs to be recharged as well. But those are the only two things that I can think of that don't work as they should. There's more things I've added/done to the jeep, but like I said I cant think of it all right now. There is rust on the rear quarter panels, but its at a point where it could be taken care of still with some cutting and welding. The Jeep is a beast off-road, and with a couple more mods like front and rear locking differentials it would go through anything. It has plenty of power to pull trailers or just play around with the Stroker engine, modded intake, and exhaust. The KBB for this vehicle is $2500 without any of the mods and engine improvements. I know how much the engine is worth, this is a great package for someone who wants a Jeep they can work with.
