This was our daughter's car for her last 2 years of High school. She could not take a vehicle her frst year of college so it was parked in our garage. After her first year she decided to purchase a brand new vehicle. It has not been driven since it was parked except for me moving it out of the garage occassionally. I don't know alot about the car except that it got our daughter to school without incident for 2 years and we changed the oil regularly. I am not a mechanic but I gave it a look over and took it on a brief test drive. What I found I listed below. As to any other defects I am unaware. This vehicle is being sold "as is", "where is", and "how it is". There are no warranties either express or implied. All statements are to the best of my knowledge but are nothing more than my opinion which may be different than yours. So I encourage you to inspect the vehicle before you bid. Legal dispute: Choice of Venue and Law: purchaser and seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved using Ohio law and that any lawsuit must be brought by filing in Ashtabula County, Ohio. Condition: Car started right up and does not smoke. The exhaust system is in good shape. All 4 tires are practically new. There is no rust in the wheel wells and the frame looks good. The body looks good and so does the interior. I drove the car about 5 miles and it did not pull left or right. There was no shaking in the front end and the transmission shifted normally. The brakes worked fine. Bad : Has some scratches and dings. There were a few small spots of surface rust on the doors that have been repaired. They are hardly noticable. One spot on the rear rubber bumper has been painted also. The air conditioner does not work. There is a leak in the system. We recharged it once and it leaked away in about a month. The dash has a couple of cracks in it. The car needs new wiper blades. The little cover for the ignition switch is missing. Carpet could use a shampooing. Features: Aftermarket stereo with CD player. Shipping and payment. Will work with the buyer concerning shipping if necessary. The buyer must pay all costs associated with shipping. Buyer must make a nonrefundable $200 deposit within 48hours of winning the auction. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid in cash and is due within 7 days of the auction closing.
