This is a project! I was told it ran before it was dismantled. No seat, no tank...selling as frame and engine. The brake system is also in tact. Tires couldn't be ridden on, wheels are ok. Wiring harness is also still there. I may have turn signals and headlight, can't promise. This bike is "pickup" only.
