1966 66 FORD MUSTANG COUPE CLEAN CAR ALL ORIGINAL PONY Up for auction is a beautiful American classic 1966 Ford Mustang coupe. 97,000 original miles. California car, owned by the same family since 66! Solid straight body. Paint is burgandy brandywine metallic. Paint is about a year and half old and was recently professionally cut and polished. Although the paint looks very nice is does have some minor flaws. The stripes are 3M decaling from Phoenix Graphics. There is some minor rust bubbling in the lower door edges. Passenger side floor pan has a small rust hole as well. The bumpers are original in very nice shape. All of the chrome trim is original, complete in great shape. This Mustang has a 200 inline six motor with a C4 cruis-o-matic three speed automatic transmission. Motor is turn key and runs great. Motor has been rebuilt although I cannot guarantee the mileage. New parts have been added including: Starter, carburetor, starter solenoid, radiator, alternator and battery. The transmission was also rebuilt around the same time as the motor and shifts great with no problems. Interior is in nice shape. Seats have been re-upholstered, newer carpet installed. New door panels and headliner. Original dash is in good shape with one small crack. Windows roll up and down fine. Electrical is all in good working order. Drum manual brake car. Brakes work fine. Suspension is in good shape. Car rides smooth. Undercarriage is clean with the exception of the rust hole on the passenger side. Trunk is clean with no rust. Clean and clear title in hand. BUY IT NOW $5000! This is a very clean daily driver Mustang. It is not a perfect show car please bid accordingly.
