You are bidding on a 1977 Honda CB550 four. I bought this bike on ebay a few years back and I was riding all the time, but the last 5 years it has been sitting in my garage. This bike certainly needs to have the routine fluids changed and the carbs blown out a bit, but it absolutely runs and when I quit riding it was because of my nerve, not the bike! I bought a brand new battery and the bike turned over on some old gasoline, but it would not hold at idle...I played with the choke and almost had it. A run thru basic maintenance & new fluids should easily clear that up. Some things to know about the bike:- Garage kept since it has not been active- Brand new battery- New Seat- New Tach Cable- Clear title- A dent on the original gas tank, but it is not damaged internally. Some extras that I'm throwing into the deal:- Correct extra gas tank- Original owner's manual- Rain tarp if you need to park it outdoors- Battery charger/tender- NOS Wiring Harness Just to be clear: this bike is being sold as-is.
