Vehicle Detail

I love my F150 but I am leaving the country for a while so its for sale. It looks good and runs great. I have followed Ford's recommended service plan and all work has been done by dealerships except for occasional oil changes. Under threat of death, no cigarettes have ever been smoked in the truck. I installed Firestone airbags and had mounts installed for a camper I used to own. I got rid of the tailgate since I am into the Baja look but it would be easy to get another one at a junkyard and snap it in, leave it the way it is, or put a Baja net on it. I have BFG KO tires on it right now which are the best there is for a truck like this one. The bed is a little scratched up and dinged from hauling the camper and my occasional rock hounding adventures. All of the gages and lights work fine, except that the air temp gauge reads about 15 degrees lower than it should. I have some scratches from bushes and trees, and someone once slammed a car door into my right side leaving a mark (see photo). On the left side is the remains of a sideswipe where an unlicensed, uninsured driver hit me with his junker car and then tried to get rich by suing me. He lost the case but I left the damage to remind myself to be more carefull in the future (see photo). The dent you see is what his sideview mirror did to me before it broke off. The MSRP was $35,405.00 back in Oct 2005 when I bought it. She has been a great truck but I just don't want to hold onto her while I am gone. The interior is pretty clean with a few waterstains, detritus from sloppy passengers, and so forth. Most of her 105,000 miles have been highway. I am not an offroader. I actually don't recommend this truck for serious offroading since it has a long wheelbase. If you want the offroad version of an F150, you can pay $50,000 or whatever it is for the Raptor. The truck can use an oil change. She has the trailer tow package, and a 6-CD/MP3 player. Keyless entry which is great, and I have all the keys, the manual, the original window sticker (see photo), but just not the tailgate. Sorry. I wish I had it now. It might be possible for me to deliver the truck to some parts of California and Nevada. Contact me for an OK, otherwise, you have to pick it up at my house in the Eastern Sierra. There is no reserve. Buy it now price is based on what I have seen these trucks selling for here in Southern California. While I was doing that, I remembered that I had removed the seat belts for the middle seats. Ford actually installed belts for 6 passengers but I took out the middle ones because they were always getting in the way. So the truck has nice seating for 4 people. Sorry about the revision. Someone got mad at me for not mentioning that on another sale and he blasted me even though I gave him a full refund and let him keep the stuff for free. I can't think of any other modifications I made.
