This is an above average, clean good running 2001 Ford Ranger Super cab "EDGE 4X4" with good miles that was totaled out by the previous owners Insurance Company. They don't tell me why they did not repair but be glad they did not because this truck would not have been available to purchase if not damaged because as nice as it is the previous owner would still be driving.

This is what everyone would order new on a truck if cost was not an issue. Here is that same truck 9 years later at less the co$t.

The damage is what can be seen with no hidden suprises. There is no frame or suspension damage and the radiator & condensor are good with cold air. No damage to the fiberglass hood. The air bags did deploy but these are getting easy to find at a good price on ebay. The truck drives down the road good and can be driven or trailered home. The tires are fair to weak.

The overall truck is nice and in average to above average condition for the age. The windshield is good and all 4 doors swing as they should. The body is straight with no hail or parking lot dings other than normal wear & tear. The is no rust on the rocker panels as you can see in the pictures. You will see some surface rust on the lower edge of passenger door but overall rust free.

The interior is super sharp and looks to have never been smoked in. The options are endless and just what everyone likes including 6-changer cd player. The truck has a rear slider window as does the camper for access from camper to cab. The fiberglass roof-line camper is the high end model by LEER that fits and looks great, plus has key for handles. The four doors on the Supercab make things easy also.

Because of their popularity these trucks are getting more expensive to buy instead of cheaper with age but if ya can shop for parts and do the repairs you will be way below the $8625. that the insurance company quoted this trucks value before the damage.

I ran a Carfax and it reported a good history with 3-owners.
