Vehicle Detail
1965 Buick LeSabre Hot Rod Custom 400 Sedan (Like Pontiac / Impala) Up for sale is a 1965 Buick LeSabre Custom 400 Sedan. This classic cruiser is in great shape with only 78,324 original miles. When I bought it she was an all original Va owned grandma car, with the original books and protecto plate. I tried to make it into a fun weekend cruiser. The car is red with tan interior. The paint is in good shape and has a nice shine. New weather strip kit was installed. There was no rust in the car or the trunk. The body lines are good and the doors close and latch easily with no sag and with a resounding GM "thunk". The car is extremely straight and solid. The car is clean underneath. The interior is tan and is all original and showing very little wear. It is in quite amazing shape for a 45 year old car. The seats are as comfortable as your living room sofa .It has seat belts for 6. The windows roll up and down nicely. It is outfitted with under dash gauges, and a tastefully mounted stereo/cd player. I also had a Billet half wrap steering wheel installed. The original wheel is included. The car has power steering, power brakes and a/c. The a/c is all there but does not work. The engine is the original Wildcat 355 four barrell V-8 mated to the turbo 400 transmission. This is the higher torque 300 c.i. engine with 355 feet pounds of torque as offered by Buick in 1965. The car runs, drives, and shifts great. The engine bay has been highly detailed and looks fantastic. The underside of the hood is gloss black with new insulation and looks great. Proud to lift the hood at the Saturday night cruise in. The car has dual exhaust and sounds awesome. The car cruises as good at 70 mph as it does at 40 mph. Extremely comfortable to ride in, with no shakes or rattles. The 17 inch Coy C-5 wheels set the car off. The tires have about 500 miles on them. This car has been well kept over the years and commands alot of attention when we drive it. The car has the right look and stance. It would be a nice cruiser for anybody to own. Clear va title in hand. Inspections welcome. Partial trades plus $$$ considered. Bid with Confidence!!
