Up for auction is a 1999 BMW 328i E46 4door sedan. I bought this car, as is and as you see it, about 3 months ago for my wife. She doesn't want it, so im selling it. This is a really good looking car. The body is straight and the paint is shiny and slick. There is one baseball size dent in the driver door(have picture), the molding itself is fine. BMW emblems faded out some, they all do that. The interior is in really good shape too. Its black leather, wood grain trim, power everything, heated seats, all of BMW's luxury items. Interior really has only one flaw, 3 inch tear in the middle section of lower rear seat.(Have picture) I was told $75 to fix it. The interior slide cover for the sunroof is missing, how that happened, who knows. It has a nice set of chrome 20" wheels and a new set of tires($1500 in wheels and tires alone). Tinted windows. Needs two headlight bulbs. Here is the catch of why this car is so cheap, It doesn't run! It has the 2.8L I6 with the 5 speed automatic transmission. The woman that sold me the car took it to her mechanic here in town and she drove it hot and blew the head gasket. They started to work on it when she said to wait because she didnt have the money to fix it. It sat in his parking lot for 6 months, that is when i got the phone call to come look at it and buy it. so basically the engine needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The engine has never been opened up to work on, they never made it that far. Other than that, its a great car! The odometer reads 172,000 miles. It does have the title. It is a clear title that she signed over to me. I left it open for you to sign. I will also give you a bill of sale. whatever you need This is and will be a really nice and good looking car, just gotta get it running. Good luck bidding.
