Here I have a rare 1982 Honda XL500R in great shape. I have replaced the wheel bearings and seals, has new chain, fairing, headlight and tail light. The engine was rebuilt 213 miles ago which included all new seals and gaskets. The cylinder was bored and and a new wiseco performance piston and rings installed. The head has new valve guides and seals and treated to a performance valve job. It has the XR carburetor which is larger than the Xl for more performance. I just had the seat recovered. Also has a Cobra exhaust system, sounds fantastic. It starts with one kick, once you get the technique down and runs fantastic. It will go 65 to 70 MPH all day on the highway and yet perform great off road. These are hard to find bikes and a true street legal dual purpose bike. You can ride it to the trails, I do. It is the first year of the smooth running Honda pro link suspension. It is not perfect, chipped and faded paint but mechanicaly it is a new bike and perfect, has no issues, you won't be disappointed. Has current registration and clear title.
