Vehicle Detail

1977 Ford Bronco If you are looking for a clean straight vintage Bronco you have just found it! This Bronco is extremely clean inside and out and is a sound investment that you can enjoy today and sell in the future for a nice profit. The value of vintage Broncos continues to escalate. This Bronco is ready for you to drive, show, and enjoy the classic styling of the vintage Bronco. I have always been amazed with how well this Bronco drives. For a vehicle that is over 30 years old, it sure drives like a dream. You can tell it has never been abused. The motor runs very smooth and quiet. The power steering makes parking lot navigation effortless. This Bronco has received a frame on restoration 7 years ago. All the body work was done buy a professional body shop. The basecoat clearcoat paint is very smooth and has a fantastic shine. The body panels are straight and fit very well. You can tell buy looking at this Bronco that its life has been easy and all the previous owners have cared for it. All the doors open and close effortlessly. I have set the reserve quite low for such a nice Bronco. Body: This Bronco was extremely solid to start with. The Bronco did not need much rust repair. The left front floor board and the front inner fenders are the only places that needed rust repair. The rest is original sheet metal. The body was stripped down to bare metal then primed with epoxy and urethane primers. The tailgate does have a small rust spot showing see picture. There is also a small rust spot on the bottom edge of the passenger side rocker panel. Frame / suspension / axles: The frame is extremely clean. The heavy GVW springs are in great condition. The rear axle is a 9 inch set with 3.50 gears which is all very tight. The front axle is a Dana 44 and is set with 3:50 gears this is also nice and tight completely rebuilt. The frame does have one small repair on the front crossmember. It looks like someone had tow hook welded there at one time. Engine: The engine is the original equipment to this Bronco. It was removed for the painting which ran great before it was taken out. While the engine was out we degreased it and painted it. I did a compression check and all 8 cylinders fall within spec (140-145 psi). The engine does not smoke, Leak or burn any oil. It runs very strong and sounds great. Transmission / Transfer-case: The transmission is the stock 74 Bronco 3 speed automatic which was recently rebuilt and has less than 500 miles. The transfer-case is a stock Dana 20, which works great. The shifter moves in and out off all gears smoothly. The front lockout hubs are in full functioning order. The automatic steering column was completely rebuilt. Wheels / Tires: The rims are 15x8 aluminum Ford mods with 32x11.50 BFG Mud Terrain tires. The tires have 70% tread and two of the rims have some slight pitting in the clear coat. Steering / Brakes: The Bronco has factory power steering which works great!! The tie rod ends and drag link are good. All ball joints are new. The Bronco has completely rebuilt factory drum brakes. This Bronco stops great! This Bronco drives very smooth and straight with no bump steer or wandering. Electrical: The entire dash and engine wire harness was removed from the Bronco. The wire harness was striped of all the old tape and searched for any damaged or broken spots. All lights and turn signals work great! All the gauges are functioning. I also replaced the glove box liner. The wiper system works great! The factory heater works great! Interior / soft trim: The inside of the Bronco has been completely spraid with a Urethane bed liner done a professional delear. This was not some cheap do-it-yourself kit! The seats are OEM Factory Bronco seats which have been redone with new covers. The seat belts are also the OEM correct units for this Bronco. All door seals and window felting are in great condition. One of the top window gaskets has some cracking in the corners. The front windshield gasket was replaced along with the windshield. The Bronco also has all the door locks functioning. Also a New soft top was just installed. Stuff: This Bronco is a true 77 with the gas filler doors on the rear quarter panels. It does not have disc brakes on the Front. I do have a complete disc brake conversion kit that could be installed or sold with the Bronco for an additional fee. Terms: Please read this!!
