1968 TRIUMPH TR250 CONVERTIBLE RARE This is a restoration project however many replacement parts are included. This is a rare vehicle available for a very short time. It is distinguished from earlier models by its chromed head, straight six-cylinder engine, and sports the unique engine cowling on its hood. This vehicle has been garage stored for many years. It was in running condition when originally taken off road but it does NOT run now. The engine is stuck due to non-use. It also has some rust issues notably on the wing panels. This vehicle is in need of restoration however we are INCLUDING in this auction the following replacement parts: The left and right wing panels, the left and right sills (rocker panels), left and right front sill caps, left and right rear sill caps, and rear wing beads. All of these parts are genuine Triumph spares imported from England. The car has predominantly all original parts, except the soft top. This auction,however does include a lightly used replacement top in excellent condition. The vehicle is structurally sound. The doors and trunk open and close great. The upholstery is in good condition. The trim on the right door does have a small tear. ( a replacement part imported from Triumph (UK) is included). The vehicle does need a floor carpet. Many other parts are included such as a spare wheel, safety belts, car cover, tonneau cover, screw-jack, and the original users manual. There are numerous new spares accumulated in anticipation of a restoration project that seller decided not to do. These include seals, ignition kit, shock absorbers, even spark plugs. With a little restoration effort this vehicle can be transformed into a highly prized classic roadster. This vehicle is being offered as is, where as with no warranty, expressed, written or implied.
