Up for sell is a 1960 Chevy Corvair. This sedan is a true survivor, first year Corvair. It was a one owner original with 28,500 documented miles. I have put 500 hundred miles on it to check everything. It appears to be the original paint on the car and cleaned up very nice. The interior has the original clear plastic seat covers on it from day one. The car is exactly how it was ordered new 50 years ago, radio delete, cigarette lighter delete and backup light delete. Also, one of the options with this car was the fold down backseat for luggage or storage. This is truly a 50 year time capsule. You do not see many first year 1960s, and especially not in this pristine condition. This car could be easily shown right now, as is, at any AACA National Show in the HPOF (Historical Preservation of Original Features) class. The car has a PA antique plate and is exempt from inspection. This car is in excellent shape and is worth a visit in person, it needs nothing!
