1993 Honda RS250 Motorcycle - Track/Race Bike Only, No Title. Welcome to my auction! You are bidding on a 1993 Honda RS250, two-stroke race motorcycle. This light-weight, GP style bike is incredibly nimble and fast on the track. It runs, however It does need some work - please see pictures and comments below. This bike is sold as-is, no warranty and no title. Details:This bike has a 1993 engine and frame with some nice recent add-ons such as gas tank with ram air and '00 airbox (parts for this bike are interchangeable from 1993 to 2000). It was started and run before these photos were taken today. The number of miles on the engine top and bottom-end are unknown from the previous owner. We recommend you rebuild it before riding it on the track. NOTES: 1) We have a new never opened full top and bottom rebuild kit from RisingSun Cycles for sale in another auction. We just never got around to installing it in this bike.2) Bike has typical wear and tear from use on the track (see pictures). 3) There is a hairline crack in the frame that will require repair our estimates were in the 100-200 dollar range (see pictures). 4) As mentioned in the description, this bike does need some work, see the photos carefully before bidding. 5) Radiator has some dents and dings but does not leak6) This is basically a '93 bike with upgrades: New '00 ram air airbox, the bike was stripped down and all questionable parts were replaced with geniune Honda parts. Mostly around the power valve and heads area. The linkages and little bits around the motor. New rearsets, brake linkages, levers etc. 7) This bike is sold as is and is a genuine GP racebike. We bought it to restore and have as a backup bike before we got out of racing.8) This item is for sale locally.
