This listing is for a 2003 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG with Evosport Performance Upgrades. This is a gorgeous vehicle with only ~ 48k miles on it. I am still driving this some, but the Odometer was <48,050 as of Wed. 8/25. I am largely going to be driving another vehicle I have though, so miles should stay about the same. Performance Upgrades: 1) Evosport Phase 1, 2, & 3 (Intercooler) (see www.evosport.com) Evolution 1 Power Package - evosport fully dampened overdrive crankshaft pulley - evosport black anodized billet aluminum underdrive pulley kit (water pump, alternator & power steering, belt) - Powerchip/evosport custom-tuned software Evolution 2 Power Package - evosport "shorty" performance headers (ceramic coated, easy bolt-in design) - evosport 8mm plug wires - Powerchip/evosport custom-tuned evolution 2 software Evolution 3/ Kompressor Cooling Package includes: - Secondary heat exchanger increases total system capacity by 65% - Heavy Duty water pump with 600% increase in flow - External overflow reservoir - evosport Phenolic Spacer Kit - Latest technology Kevlar hoses and AN fittings for simple and leak free installation 2) Snorkel Mod 3) K&N Air Filter This puts the car up around 600-625 horsepower. A prior owner stated it was tested at 513 Rear Wheel Horsepower, and most literature suggests 18% horsepower loss from engine to rear wheels thus I calculate, 513/.82 = 625 Other Upgrades Upgraded/After Market Rays Engineering 19" Rims (front 245/35, Rear 275/30) Custom/Aftermarket Wood/ Leather Steering Wheel (still has factory 'controls' for audio & information system) Renntech Rear Spoiler Custom CL Grill MBZ Flat Hood Emblem AMG Lighted door sills AMG Sport Pedals Mercedes Comand Navigation System - not available on 2003 models, but has been installed on this vehicle Sirius Satellite Radio installed Weather Tech & AMG Floor Mats both available Convex Side Mirrors to Eliminate Blind Spots Options/Standard At Purchase Key-Less Go (allows doors to be locked/unlocked, and car to be started with key in pocket or purse, 3 keys are available) Bi-Xenon Headlights Harmon Kardon Logic 7 Stereo 6 Disc CD Changer 1 Disc MP3 Player Side Air Bags 4 Zone Automatic Air Conditioning (i.e., front driver & passenger, each rear side) Alcantra Headliner Sunroof/Moonroof All Windows 1 Touch Up & Down ~10 way power driver & passenger seats 3 position memory seats - driver & passenger Warranty There is an extended warranty through Nov. 25, 2010 or 75,000 miles, which is considered a 'bumper to bumper' type warranty, with a $100 deductible per 'visit' to the workshop (so, if 8 items are fixed on one repair trip, there is a single $100 deductible). I am not clear if the performance upgrades have any impact on the warranty - the warranty was purchased after the upgrades and the original owner said it the upgrades don't impact the warranty, but based on the warranty literature, I think those parts may not be covered. I just had several cosmetic & maintenance items done to prepare this vehicle for sale. It is in very good overall condition. The passenger side rear rim does have a fair bit of 'curb rash' on the edges of it, the other 3 rims don't have any. I have owned this car since July ’09, and my brother purchased in late September ‘05. I am selling this car to purchase a 3 Rows of Seats SUV/CUV for family.
