1999 SAAB 9-3 Convertible. This car isn't perfect. It has nicks and scrapes. The top is all there and you can lower it manually, but it doesn't work electronically. The tires are good and the air conditioning blows very cold. It was driving really well and a few weeks ago it just wouldn't start. The engine turns over, but it seems like its not getting fuel or something. I'm no Saab mechanic and there isn't one in my town so I don't know what could be wrong. If you work on Saab's or have a Saab mechanic near you, then this car might be perfect for you. I have my own business and I don't have the time to try to fix this car. So if you win this car, you're probably getting a good deal.
