Golwing Interstate (without fairing). It you have some mechanical knowledge, and the time, here is an 82 GL1100 ready for you to continue the restoring that I originally purchased it for. Starts and runs, but could use some carburator work and some electrical wiring work. Over the past few years I have purchased some new items for the bike and have all the old parts and some other extras (old and new) that go with the bike. Mileage is unknown as the speedometer was changed before I purchased it, but it's around the 35,000 area.. New rear tire was installed and new timing belts installed less than 300 miles ago. Exterior parts were painted by Maaco a few years ago, not the best job but its a good job overall. Bike has been garaged kept since I bought it about 5 or 6 years ago, and has been covered outside for last few months, as you can see in one of the pics. I purchased new bike so that's why it's no longer in garage. Cover does not come with bike as I will be using that on the new bike I purchased. Bike could also be used as a parts bike if you don't want to continue to restore it. Rear lights on saddle bags aren't connected because they were new (used) when I first purchased bike and the wiring doesn't match up with wiring from the harness. Front fork lights aren't connected either. Some rust on exhaust. Items I purchased new and installed: Powder coated timing belt covers, valve covers and carburator tubes. Chrome Goldwing side covers. Chrome saddlebag rail, clutch and brake levers, indicator light cover, and master brake fluid cover. Items new in the parts lot: Front turn signals. Brand new (as left front turn signal broke). But purchased wrong ones, although you might be able to use them with a different mounting bracket than is already on bike. Fork seals. 2 front wheel assenbly units. Chrome motor mounts (but are not for this 82 Goldwing (came with bike). Old parts included in lot: Engine guards (I took them off cuase I liked look of bike without them). Oil filter bolt. Original timing belt covers, valve covers and carburator tubes. Email me with any questions you may have or if you want to see more detailed pictures.
