California Jeep Just In Time For Hunting Season NEW Paint and Upholstery The Jeep has been well treated There is no underside damage or rust holes Bed and rear fender wheels are in great shape Floor pans and rockers are original There were no dents in the rockers History: The Jeep was used on a ranch in Esparto, CA until it was purchased by its current owner (aprox. 20 years ago). He is an older gentleman who had the Jeep up at his hunting cabin in Northern California. It was only used when he would go up there to hunt or fish. Features: The rear end was changed to a Ford posi traction Transmission is a four speed with the granny first gear Front hubs are made by Warn Tires are 31 x 10.5 R 15 with wide wheels There is a full size spare tire with both Ford and Jeep centers (not pictured) The tow bar in the photo is included. (When the center section of the front bumper is removed, it bolts onto the front cross member) The aluminum camper shell made by Flair Truck Top (1985) There is also a pair (2) cable chains included (not pictured) 1966 no smog check in California and the registration has been paid for the year Miscellaneous: The Tail gate was missing when the current owner bought the Jeep so he had a metal frame work built with a wood insert (it functions great). I checked the front axel it is NOT posi traction The body has some minor dents and chips that were painted over. The windshield had a chip that was repaired, and there are two wiper marks on the driver side. The rest of the glass is good. The photos show two tanks but the front tank is missing; the filler neck and valve are still there I have driven the Jeep and it runs and drives fine. The four wheel drive works and the temperature stayed under 180. The oil pressure and alternator have “idiot” lights and they function fine. The speedometer does not work. I could not tell if the fuel gauge works I only added about 3 gallons and it did not move. TERMS: A deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours of close of auction (PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer) and final payment in 7 days of close of auction. Final payment via: Bank Wire Transfer or Cash.
