There are several rust spots and small torn places. However, there is no major rust or breaks that requires expensive repair. The front hood does not fit snuggly in place, but t holds tightly. The car should be OK to drive around if you don't care about cosmetics. The damage is mostly confined in a small area. Underneath: Despite the appearance of the car and suvived in many Chicago winters, the car has very good under body conditions. Except the torn and cut on the exhaust pipe and muffler, the underbody has no sign of penetrating rusts. Exhaust pipe and muffler: The exhaust pipe has been cut out and the muffler is uselessly torn out. Therefore, the car sounds quite loud, but it never hampers operation of this car in any ways. The air conditioner: is not working for years and never has been tried to fix or get estimation. No further testing is done, but the mechanical condition looks good. Drivability: Except above mentioned problems, the car runs good and takes you anywhere you like. The engine: starts quick and runs good. The transmission: shifts swift and smooth. The tires: Front tires are almost done, but the rear ones look good. After a rotation, all ties seem good for a couple of winters if not heavily driven. All other conditions are in fair to good conditions. The pictures below were taken from the real vehicle selling. The pictures shows the car condition fairly realistic. No big defects is hidden! The winner has to pay refundable $150 deposit through paypal within 48 hours from the end of the auction. (We will refund the deposit only if the buyer comes to test the vehicle, finds a wrong description, and decides not to complete transaction). Buyer is responsible for picking-up. We will schedule test-driving and/or picking-up after the initial deposit is cleared. The remaining balance should be paid by cash or any other cash equivalent within 7 days. The vehicle should be removed within 7 days after the full payment. If the buyer insist to pay some part of payment with a check, we will release the vehicle if at least 50% of total price is paid by cash and we will hold the title until the check is cleared.
