1997 Honda Shadow

No Reserve Auction!!! This is a 1997 Honda Shadow VT1100 C2 in black with a Clean Fl Title, I am selling it for a friend so I will do my best to describe this bike as accurately as possible. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have! The bike has V&H exhaust, Sissy Bars, Saddle Bags, Back Rest, quick disconnect for charging battery, and upgraded mirrors. The bike needs a carb tune up, it has some trouble cold starting and seems to idle too low, but once started and warmed up she runs smooth and strong, very powerful! It did not sit longer than a month or 2, so carb shouldn't need a rebuild, but I am not a Carburetor guy so all I can tell you is that it seems the fuel is not getting where it needs to be, because it doesn't fire right away. I know its an easy fix but the bike has to go anyways so here you can capitalize on a great opportunity for a Great bike for a cheap price. Tires, brakes, battery, and liquids are all pretty new, fork seals are good and bike is straight. Overall the bike has a few cosmetic blemishes, some scuffs on the side blinkers, and light oxidation on some of the chrome. Still shines and looks great though, its a great looker and a real joy to ride, get the carb straightened out and you have a real gem. Bike is Sold As-Is.
