If you're looking for an outstanding, early TS250, you've come to the right place.This 1973 Suzuki has been virtually rebuilt from the ground up. The immaculate finish on the body parts (fenders, tank, and side cover) consists of 3 coats of color and 3 clear coats. The finish on the engine, exhaust and some related parts is a high temp,semi-gloss engine enamel. The frame, swing arm, torque link, brake pedal, kickstand and skidplate have been sandblasted and powder coated. The 250 engine has been thoroughly inspected and bored to .5 over with a new ring and piston kit, clutch rod, shifter shaft, crank bearings, rod bearings, seals and gaskets. The gas tank interior is clean and rust free, and tank has a new gas cap gasket, cushions, petcock and fuel line. The wheels have new bearings, brake shoes, spokes, rim liners, inner tubes and new Dunlop off road tires. Other NEW or NOS parts include: Rear fender, side cover, headlight housing, hand grips, hand levers, most cables, brake stop assembly, main wire harness, turn signal relay, seat cover, air box, air filter, carburator boot, chain, chain guard, chain buffer, stem bearings, steering damper, fork seals, footpegs (f. & r.) switch, spark plug and battery. (assorted nuts, bolts and brackets) Chrome plating is fairly evident, but the main items are headlight housing, taillight assembly, shocks, cargo rack, wheel rims, chain guard, exhaust shield and front sprocket cover. New lube in crankcase, forks, and oil resevoir. The oil injection is working and adjusted. The engine runs great and is smooth shifting through all the gears. I have a clear title which is up to date and in my name. An awesome example of two wheel history. Thirty some years old and with a little TLC should be good for thirty more. NO RESERVE!
