On Aug-16-10 at 15:29:59 PDT, seller added the following information: The car runs and drives perfect. You will not have any issue. If you come to pick up the car and find any other issue with the mechanical or the cosmetics of this car I will repair it, pay for someone else to repair it, or refund your deposit. It is that simple because that is the way I conduct myself (please see feedback). Damage: Indash Cd player does not work might just need to be cleaned. The Pilot does not have side running board see pictures. Middle rear bench seat has a chemical spray burn on seats. It caused minor speckles on the seat towards the front. See Picture # 11. Driver and Passengers side carpet floor mats are missing. Comes with both rear floor mats. Miliage Discrepency: Pilot sat at the insurance company's storage facility from 7/08 - 6/09 Pilot sat from 7/09 - 4/10 while we disputed with the Kentucy Department of Motor Vichicles about the mileage discrepincy. They reported 39,000 miles, in actuallity the Pilot only had 1,600 mile. After months of disputing I gave up. The Pilot has a Kentucky rebuilt title and can be titled just like any other vichicle.
