This is a 1999 Chevy Malibu with only 94,941 miles, a 3.1L SFI OHV 6CYL Engine, a 5-speed Automatic Transmission. The tires still have some tread life on them. Both the engine and the transmission are in excellent condition, the engine is strong and the transmission shifting is smooth. This car was bought from a guy who had the car stopped after a collision in which the car was totaled by an insurance company, so it has a SALVAGE titlle. The hit was to the front left side of the car in which the driver airbag was exploited. The car was fixed but the color did not match (Front fenders, hood and bumper color don't match) and there are a few rough surface areas on both front fenders and the hood. That and giving the age of the vehicle is common to find details or things that don’t work. The following lists those details: The AC doesn’t hold the refrigerant, the AC hose assembly was replace since it was bad but there is still a small leak in the system. Electrical mirrors do not work. The front windshield glass is cracked. Front seats only go back and forth they can not be adjusted to any angle. It has more than a few dents and scratches around the car’s body. The driver sun protector is missing as well as the cigarette lighter and the temperature control knob.
