Vehicle Detail
MUSCLE-SCHMUSCLE! Up for sale is my 1970 Dodge Coronet 500 (the 'Old Broad'). This is one of the most BEAUTIFULCoronets out there. She has her numbers matching 318ci. engine & 904 auto TorqueFlight transmission. Both are rebuilt. This car has been REFURBISHED not restored. (she didn't need that much) 65,200 original miles, absolutley NO RUST. I got her in '05 from a little old lady who said she took better care of her car than her husband! I gave her new paint, new seat covers and carpet. All sheet metal is original (except trunk pan), no bondo and I replaced her tail panel. EQUIPPED WITH: 3 speed auto., A/C (living in AZ you know it works!), power windows(very rare), power brakes & steering. WP price code. AM radio needs to be replaced(on it's last legs) along w/the bulb in the dome light. The headliner has a small tapedover puncture but is in very good shape. I left the engine bay as is, I thought to replace the 318 w/something bigger but couldn't find a decent engine so I just rebuilt the original. All parts that needed replacement were handled by my mechanic (AirPark Auto) here in Scottsdale. They are very good and honest! The photos are somewhat a hodgepodge because they show the car and all the EXTRAS that are included in this sale. Not only will you be buying a Coronet with an oooh/aahh factor of 10+.... I am also including: Three (3) ORIGINAL broadcast sheets A complete parts catalog for ALL 1970 Chrysler cars (Polaris, Challenger, Baracuda, Imperial etc. etc.) w/the Coronet in a seperate binder The Old Broads' original fender tag decoded the 1970 factory shop manual on CD The Illustrated Facts & feature Manual for the Coronet, RT & Super Bee The now famous 1970 Coronet sales brouchure The original invoice detailing all engine work on the rebuilt 318 & transmission Along w/my refurbishing photos and official Mopars @ the Strip Winners list. THE OLD BROAD TOOK 3rd IN HER CLASS!!! I know I left out alot of info. so please E-Mail any questions you have and I will fill in the Blanks.
