This is a very nice MX5. I bought it for my wife several years ago. She drove it mostly to work and we made several trips to Myrtle Beach in it. Due to back surgery she is unable to get in and out of the vehicle with ease. It has always been kept in a garage or carport. It has a new top with glass rear window, new battery, new windshield (due to rock chip), new clutch master and slave cylinders, all installed in the spring of 2010. The tires are good but will soon need replacing. The paint is very good for a 1997 with a small ding on the trunk lid. The car has been to the body shop twice (Colinger Ford Company) for cosmetic repairs due to being bumped in a super market parking lot and at an intersection. Repairs were made with ease. The interior is very good with only rub marks on the drivers seat. Everything works, power mirrors, power windows, AC, etc. The engine runs great with no problems or oil use between changes. I have been using Penzoil High Millage with STP added at each change. It runs very strong. This car has always been owned by non smokers. Buyer will be responsible for pick-up or delivery. This car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancell the auction.
