This is my 1978 Chevy Nova 2 door hard top, It has a custom paint job that is House of Kolor Rasberry with Pearl, it has been clearcoated, color sanded, buffed and polished. The House of Kolor paints are beautiful, and very very vibrant, pearls don't like to show up in pictures, but as you can see the paint is supurb, and super flat, it's like looking in a mirror. The paint materials alone cost over $1000.00. This used to be a 6-cylinder car with a bench seat and red carpet. I removed the 6 cylinder and replaced it with a 1970, 350, 4-bolt main motor with about 325hp,with a 350 turbo automatic transmission, this motor runs excellent, and is very fast.Ebelbrock 650cfm carburator, new 8mm Accel wires, new hoses, lots of chrome. The engine compartment has also been painted black.The Nova has a completely new 2-1/4" stainless steel dual exhaust system, from the exhaust manifolds to behind the rear tires. All four shocks are new, and the rear shocks are air shocks. The tires are not the best, they have some wear and some weather checking, but the wheels are in nice shape, with all new lug nuts, and center caps. I removed the bench seat and the old rep carpet, and installed red and black bucket seats up front with matching rear seat, I replaced the red carpet with black carpet from Classic Industries, and added new floor mats. The interior of this Nova is in excellent shape, the dash has no cracks, and the head liner is perfect. Everything in the car works, all the gauges, lights, blinkers, flashers, even the fuel economy gauge works. The Nova has a new Kenwood AM/FM/CD Player, with new Alpine speakers. The trunk has no rust at all, and even has the original bumper jack installed in it's original location, I also have the original hubcaps that came with the car when new. This is an extremely nice, beautiful Nova that has a ton of work done to her, and I feel my reserve price is way less than it's worth. So if you are looking for a 4th generation Nova that has all the work finished, this is the car for you. I have more pictures than what I have posted and can email if interested. On Aug-04-10 at 20:03:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I also wanted to add that all of the brakes are new, the front rotors have been replaced, the bearings, and seals, and brake pads have all been replaced, the warranty is still good on the brake system for 12 months. I also replaced the points style ignition with the HEI distributor.
