This vehicle is listed on the title and registration as a 1958 MGA. I have checked the body and chassis numpers with the MG Registry, and it appears to be a 1957 built car. The vehicle was restored in the 1980's by a previous owner. I have owned the vehicle for seven years as a good daily driver. The vehicle passed the MA inspection in July 2010. The vehicle is authentically complete, yet is not ready for a Concourse Trophy. There does not appear to be any rust on the undercarriage, and the door pillars are solid with no rust. I do not know if these were replaced during the last restoration. The car is English White with Red interior. A Black top and side windows are with the vehicle. The car has been a great addition to my stable, humble as it may be. It was always been garaged, in a semi-heated space. Included with the sale are many books, spare parts, and tools, as well as the original scrapbook and receipts from the last restoration. I've added the luggage rack and chrome valve covers since ownership. The Carbs were professionally rebuilt on Long Island. I searched the Northeast through many cars before I purchased this vehicle. There aren't many that can be driven away upon purchase, as this one is. I also have a near matching serial numbered MGA engine/transmission that is available to the successful bidder for an additional fee.
