Every electrical equipment works, including thepower windows, seats, power head rests, power locks. This car is also equiped with the soft closs doors. The A/C is ice cold. The interior panels are in great shape. Driver seat show some signs of wear (please see pictures), everything else is in nice condition. Outside the car looks clean, there are some scratches and small dents here and there for a car its age. The engine is in top shape and does not leak any oil. I have buy lots of these S-Class and the 4.2 engine is by far the best in terms of service, and balance between power and gas economy. I have some service records and all the books for the car including the radio code. Most work was done by a Mercedes dealership.
