It is an original TEXAS car with no signs of rust anywhere. The car was restored in the early 90’s using all OEM type parts. It was repainted at that time and the paint is now what I call “weak”. Don’t misunderstand, as you can see by the photos it still looks great but will not stand a “close up”. There are tiny “stars” throughout the paint job. The interior is in excellent condition. All the rubbers were replaced at the time of it’s make over and are all still alive and well. The headliner is tight and clean. This car was obtained from it’s original owner near Dallas. They had gone through the car but over the years lost interest. At the time of it’s make over the engine was overhauled as was the tranny. Everything works as it should. The A/C blows cold and the radio works just fine if you can find an AM station that plays anything other than talk shows. I have also a reproduction Chevelle Owners Assembly Instruction book that goes with it. This car has never been violated. There are no holes in the floorboard nor is the dash cut up in any way. It’s about as close as it can get to the way it was born. I even have the original factory window sticker where it was bought new in Dallas, Texas. ( The new car sale price was $3690.60. Prices have gone up a little since then. This car is not gonna be cheep but I think you will be happy with the price.
