1980 MERCEDES 240D MANUAL TRANSMISSION CALIFORNIA ORIGINAL VEHICLE CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE NO RUST Very clean, un-restored 1980 Mercedes 240D (Stick shift). This car has been serviced at Rusty's Automotvie for a number of years, and the last repair was the A/C. $1500.00, all new parts, condensor, compressor, freon, and now it blows cold. But it also blows hot when needed. The car runs absolutely faboulos, and I get many compliment on how clean and nice it looks. This car was always garaged. 30 year old classic, with it's original shiny paint. Just look at the trunk, it is very clean. The interior is also very clean, there are no rips or tears on the seats front or back. The original radio just stopped working, I don't have the heart to upgrade to a new one, because it just looks right. The odometer works and there are over 321 thousand miles on the car. It feels like it's a 30 thousand mile car when driving. Very solid, very sturdy, performs just great. About 15 years ago the motor was re-done, by the previous owner. (I don't have a receipt, but Rusty has done the job) The car starts up right away, even after sitting for a few days. The windows are manual, so you don't have to worry about it breaking down as the power windows often do. The vacuum works great, even the locks work. The best part about this car is that it is a stick. It's actualy pretty fast for a 4 cylinder economical diesel. This car has never been converted to run on veggie, it is stock. There are some very minor dings and some small scratches, normal wear and tear. No accidents.
