2005 Ford F-150 XLT Standard Cab 4 Door 82,700 Miles No Reserve! The high bidder will be the new owner. I bought this truck last month from an insurance company in Tucson, AZ. I buy several of these a year, I hand pick only the cleanest, late model, low mileage ones. I have done nothing to this truck except put the 18” wheels and tires on it. The driver’s seat has a small tear and has been stitched but should be professionally repaired in my opinion. The front bumper has a little damage, no one has noticed yet but I would replace it if I kept it. A aftermarket one is $125. It has been through a Level 3 Arizona DMV inspection and now has a restored title. The truck is ready to be registered, insured, and driven! Can I register a restored title? Yes; you can register it just like a regular title. Do I have to do anything special? No; just take the vehicle W/ title to your local DMV and they'll register it. Can I get insurance? Yes; a restored title can be insured just like a regular title. Should I buy a vehicle with a "Restored" title? Yes; although some people are against it, I think they just don't understand. If you can buy a vehicle for less than wholesale trade-in that is just as nice (if not nicer) than a "regular" title why wouldn't you? You don't drive the title? No one knows it's a "Restored" title as you're driving down the street? It’s just simple economics. Level 3 Inspections This is where the vehicle is brought to Arizona DMV; they check all the VIN #’s on the body, frame, engine, transmission, etc. To make sure nothing is stolen. They then check all the safety equipment; Lights, turn signals, brake lights, horn, etc. If it passes, it then gets a “Restored” title.
